KIDS DRAW & PAINT
Ages: 6 - 12
Thursdays, 4:30 - 6:00 pm
CLASS DATES: APR 8, APR 15, APR 22 and APR 29
Draw and paint each day in this 1-1/2 hour class for children! The students will explore drawing techniques with pencil, charcoal and ink. They will then expand what they have learned using watercolors and acrylic paints. Caryl O'Shaughnessy is wonderful with children, helping them to develop their creative side in a nurturing way.All students will receive their own sketch book to keep.
All art supplies will be provided by ARTichokes & this cost is included in the enrollment fee.

About the Instructor
Caryl studied at the American Academy of Art in Chicago and holds a degree in Fine Art and Illustration. She was able to study under the well known watercolorist, Irving Sharpiro. She also was hand picked to draw in the studio with well know artist James Ingwersen from Door County, Wisconsin. Caryl has done freelance artwork for several companies. Throughout the years, Caryl has taught art classes to children as well as adults in various settings. It is Caryl's desire to encourage and stir up the artist abilities that is deposited in each and every one of us.
