KIDS MIXED MEDIA
Ages: 6 - 12
Tuesdays, 4:30 – 6:00 pm
CLASS DATES: APR 6, APR 13, APR 20 and APR 27
This fun & energetic class incorporates fundamental acrylic and watercolor painting techniques with sculpture. A perceptual drawing lesson will begin each class. The purpose of this class is to encourage exploration within the world of visual art. Each project is designed to bring out the unique personality of every student. Students will complete painting projects, a sculpture project, a fiber project, and multiple drawings.
All art supplies will be provided by ARTichokes & this cost is included in the enrollment fee.

About the Instructor
Holly Swangstu has been teaching visual art to all ages for over 13 years. She owns a private visual art school in Overland Park and is the Director of the Leedy-Voulkos Art Center. Holly is a working fiber artist and graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute.
