VON PAINTING

New York artist, Robert Von, is teaching another 3 hour oil painting class at ARTichokes! This is a rare opportunity to study with a World Class Artist and teacher. Don't miss this opportunity!
This class will appeal to the full range of artistic levels from beginner to advanced. Throughout the 4 week class painting and teaching will focus on Oil Painting Technique, Color Theory, Value Structure and Composition. Subject matter will be provided, but students are welcome to bring their own photo if preferred and encouraged to work at their own pace. Students are also encouraged to bring in any previous paintings for critique. Be prepared to experience the creation of art in an upbeat class environment.
All art supplies will be provided by ARTichokes & this cost is included in the enrollment fee.
Minimum students per session: 8
Maximum students per session: 14
Cost for classes: $230.00, plus tax
About the Instructor
Robert Von, a Kansas City native has been living and working in New York since 1998. He has exhibited works and taught Art in New York, Europe, and Indonesia. He also taught Computer Art at the School of Visual Arts in NYC, and the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, as well as numerous art programs and private instruction with well-known artists in the U.S., Italy and Bali.Kansas City Painting Workshop
