ARTE CHILDREN'S STUDIO
Ages:  3 – 6

Fridays, 10:00 – 11:00 am

This positive and relaxed atmosphere allows young artists to explore their creativity, exchange ideas and have fun.  As we encourage each child's own style, beautiful pieces of art are created in pen, pastel, watercolor, acrylic and collage.

Students will learn about line, color, shape, space and texture as they create unique projects.  Parents will be proud to have these finished works in their home, and children will love creating them.  

All art supplies will be provided by ARTichokes & this cost is included in the enrollment fee. 

About the Instructor

Susan Parsons is a Montessori teacher, having twenty years experience in the classroom.  Art is the most important part of her curriculum.  She loves to create art projects to meet the needs of each child, in a positive and relaxed atmosphere.  She uses high quality materials, and with a clear presentation every child succeeds.  She emphasizes exposing the children to various mediums while encouraging each child individual style.  Susan opened Arte Children's Studio in California ten years ago, and now works for two Montessori schools in Kansas City.  Ask us about her neat collage card packets!
