Doug Bowles

Doug Bowles is a graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio.  He worked for Hallmark Cards for three years after college, and left to become a freelance illustrator, which he has been for 21 years.

Doug enjoys working with a wide range of clients in advertising, corporate, editorials communities, and in the children's book market.  His work has been selected many times in the Society of Illustrators West competition, and he has had several gallery showings.

Doug lives in Leawood, Kansas with his wife and two children and despite being in the Kansas City since 1983, Doug, originally from Jackson, Michigan, remains a diehard Detroit Lions and Tigers Fan.
